Tenant can set and clean the room themselves or elect to have our staff perform these tasks for a fee.

A large presentation room, good for PowerPoints and slideshows. Free wireless available. Food & beverages are permitted in this room.

• Non-tenants are required to provide a Security Deposit to make a reservation in the amount of $100, fully refundable upon return of a default setting clean room.
• 100% of deposits and pre-paid rents are refundable one week prior to the event upon cancellation.
• 50% of rental fee refundable if cancellation is made within 24hrs of event.

A medium-sized fluorescent-lit conference room, with coffee station and white board. Seats 10-13 comfortably. Free amenity for Tenant's with priority booking!
Limited Non-tenant use available call Property Manager for details. 

A small flourescent-lit room, with a large dry erase board spanning 2 full walls. Seats 12 comfortably.

This private interior room has no windows and is part of an executive suite with an unmanned reception desk and mini kitchenette in the room next door. When available the additional rooms in the executive suite can be rented out daily or weekly for break out rooms from the training room.
